What do you need to know about this year's Grampian Motorcycle Convention ?

It takes place on Sunday the 4th of September 2011 at The Grampian Transport Museum in Alford,
Aberdeenshire.

Alford is 26 miles west of Aberdeen on the A944. The Transport Museum is well signposted from Main Street.

Motorcycle Parking will be in the car park adjacent to the museum.
Free car parking will be signposted from the  A944.

PLEASE NOTE: Following complaints from nearby residents last year there will be a police presence in the village and any vehicles parked in a dangerous place or across peoples driveways are in serious danger of being towed away or issued with a parking ticket.
Please park with consideration for the residents of Alford, failure to do so may jeopardise
the future of the Convention.
 

Gates open at 10:00 with the programme of events starting at 11:00 and scheduled to finish around 16:30

Admission prices held for the third year in a row!!!
Admission Prices are,  Adults £10, Children £5, Family Ticket £25, Concessions £7
Admission Price includes a free programme but does not cover entry to the museum.

Finally mind how you go folks, Grampian Police and NESCAMP will be operating "safety" cameras on the
roads to and from the convention. Have a good and safe one.
